Crossout will be Gaijin Entertainments next free-to-play title
Crossout is high octane action MMO where players create their own vehicles and fight against each other. Those matches are quick and consist of a mixture of deathmatch and capture the flag. Players can either destroy every enemy or take the enemy base. But it is usually more fight to fight against the others.
After the closed beta went on for a while, Gaijin Entertainment and Targem Games announced that they want to launch the game on May 30th, 2017. They want to launch it for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game is set in 2047 after a mysterious viral epidemic nearly wiped out the whole population of mankind. You are now one of the road warriors, the survivors, who fight for the precious resources of the world.
“Crossout blends high-octane MMO gameplay with the unique ability to customise vehicles. In the Closed Beta, our players have crafted vehicles we never imagined possible, terrifying in design and deadly in their execution. They have designed hundreds of thousands of never before seen machines, and more than 65,000 of them have issued blueprints for road warriors to emulate. We cannot wait to see what they craft when we launch the game on PC and consoles,” said Stanislav Skorb, CEO of Targem Games.
Along with the launch of the game, there will be new features and items to use. The new faction will be Steppenwolves which are inspired by the military. Players can collect new weapons and wheeled combat drones. Those little guys drive near your car and attack everything in sight. And if you are sick of driving around, you might want to try out the new enormous mechanical legs. Crawl into battle and be the spider of their nightmares!
