Rage War is a cross-platform MMO strategy game created by Fury Studio. The player has to build up their village to a flourishing city. His journey starts in the Stone Age and goes all the way through the different eras.
The game begins with an experiment that goes completely wrong. The time machine catapults everything back in time and the player finds himself in the Stone Age. The machine is scattered all over the place and he has to collect all pieces again. But first, the player has to help this little village to develop. With the help of the village, he can acquire the pieces more easily.
The village consists basically of five different kinds of buildings. One kind is for the gold production, one is for population and one is for different resources. Then, there are the buildings which produce troops and defend the player’s village. And last but not least, there are the motivation buildings which keep his villagers happy. Each of them is equally important for a village and the survival in every era.
Through the campaign in Rage War, the player can collect the pieces of the time machine. To be successful, there are two different ways to move forward. Either the player collects a lot of resources to bribe the villagers of those provinces or he takes them over with a strong military. At the end of the day, it is only important to acquire all of them to return back to the time where the player came from.
The further the player proceeds, the harder the challenges and campaigns get. To stay on top of them, it is important to do some research. With those research, players have access to new buildings and can advance in eras. That way, the player can advance from Stone Age to Bronze Age and even up to the Present. But up until then, a lot of research has to be done in Rage War.
