Launch trailer showed up one day before the release of Ever Oasis   Last year, Nintendo announced Ever Oasis during their Treehouse Live event. The creator of the game is no other than the director of Secret of Mana, namely Koichi Ishii.  It is a 3DS exclusive title and mix of city management and a 3D action adventure game.
