Those who uses such software have to be prepared to suffer the consequences. This also seems the case if players are using the IV calculators. A player wrote on reddit.com that he was banned for around 7 to 8 days because he was only using IVFly. He didn’t use anything else like bots or spoofing. But as it seems, he wasn’t the only one.
